Privacy Notice

Last updated: 24 September 2026

This notice explains how C.M Corporate Wellbeing collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us about workplace wellbeing services. We are the data controller for the information described below.

Information we collect

We only collect the details you choose to give us. If you complete the enquiry form on this website, that includes your name, company name, work email address, and optionally your phone number, location, approximate number of employees, the package you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.

If you contact us by email or telephone instead, we hold whatever contact details and information you provide in that correspondence.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and discuss a wellbeing proposal for your organisation, and to arrange and deliver any services you go on to book. We also keep records of our correspondence and bookings for ordinary business and accounting purposes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Our lawful basis

Where you have contacted us about our services, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where you go on to book services, we process your details to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you. Where we are required to keep records, for example for tax purposes, we rely on our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Enquiries submitted through this website are handled by our website and form provider, Netlify, which processes and stores submissions on our behalf so that we can receive them. Our email and telephone providers process correspondence you send us in the same way. We may also share information with our accountant or with professional advisers where we are required to do so, and with anyone else only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as we reasonably need them to follow up, and are then deleted. Records relating to clients and bookings are kept for as long as we work together and for the period afterwards required by our legal and accounting obligations.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including using reputable providers, access-controlled accounts and encrypted connections to this website.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate details corrected, and in certain circumstances to ask us to delete it or to restrict or object to how we use it. You can also ask us to stop sending you any marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may record standard technical information, such as the pages requested and the IP address they were requested from, to serve the site securely and reliably.
